Gilberto Ribeiro
(Inventor)

Industrial designer with 30 years of experience. Worked at Bosch and Nestlé. Ribeiro develop customized projects for companies in the mining, oil&gas, food, and cement industry.

Felipe Burman
(CEO)

Burman opened his first company at age 21; studied Strategic Alliances at the University of Liverpool; Earned his master's degree in Environmental Sciences from Tel Aviv University, with  elective MBA classes from Recanati/Kellogg; President of Sustainability, at IBREI’s ESG core.

Eng. Almir Couto
(COO)

Senior mechanical engineer. He worked with lighting systems at the Valeo Group and was engineering manager at Flexfom. Developed products for Mercedes Benz, Jeep, Fiat, PSA and Volkswagen.

Fernando Lescovar
(Engineering Director)

​Naval Engineer, Inspector and International Welding Engineer (CWI) AWS; MBA – FGV Brazil; founder of the Technik Group , an industrial engineering office with 30 employees and activities in the USA. President of the Brazilian Welding Association.

Michel Rapaport

(CFO and Partner)

Michel has 20 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, fundraising and entrepreneurship. He was an investor at Pragma, Jive and SP Ventures, and a partner-investor at Solinftec. He is an economist, graduated from Ibmec-SP, with a master's degree from FGV.

Celso Gitelman

Engineer graduated from Poli-USP and with an MBA in Project Management from FGV. Celso worked for 25 years on engineering projects for Brazilian government concessions and represented Mobileye in

Brazil (Israeli startup sold for USD 15 billion to Intel).
